This series of games enables you to understand the process by which you can convert vision into action.

The app begins by providing information through a YouTube video on a particular firm and its vision. The app then allows the user to move through a series of interactive puzzles that enable the
(a) analysis of the industry within which the firm exists
(b) identification of its competitive strategy
(c) identification of its critical value chain activities
(d) understanding its processes and
(e) related systems that translate the vision and strategy into action.

The app allows the user to progress to the analyses of other firms.
